Nancy Maranan knows the value of perseverance, hard work and a positive attitude. At 26 she came alone to the U.S. with only $2,000 and a goal to create a better life and financial security for her and her son. She managed to buy her first home within 3 ½ years and was able to fulfill her first dream and reunite with her son. He likes to tell people, "She's a great role model".

Her passion for real estate started in 1996 when she began acquiring investment properties. She realized that with property values and rents continuing to rise over the long term, it would be a good investment for her. Wanting to share her knowledge and help others find their dream home or create financial security, she obtained her real estate license in 2006.

A former corporate staff accountant, she has a strong background in Finance and Accounting and a degree in Business Administration that enables her to more easily assist her clients in assessing the best financial situation for them, whether buying or selling. Always continuing her quest for excellence, Nancy invests in personal coaching with one of the premier real estate coaching programs, Mike Ferry Organization, to enable her to always be at the forefront of marketing and negotiating systems and programs that better serve her buyers and sellers.

Her unparalleled hard work and dedication to her clients is always evident to them and has ranked her in the Presidents Circle and the top 4% of Berkshire Hathaway agents nationwide.

Nancy enjoys traveling during her spare time. Her natural talent for interior decorating and love for photography benefit her clients whether selling or buying a home. She speaks Tagalog (Filipino) fluently.
